From block to shipment
Every order follows the same route, from raw block to export.
Block Sourcing
Raw blocks are selected and brought to our plants, ready for inspection and processing.
Block Selection
Each block is inspected on-site for grain, color and structural integrity before production.
Random Cutting & Polishing
Blocks are cut into slabs of uniform thickness, then polished, honed or textured to the order’s finish.
Quality Inspection
Every slab is checked by hand for surface defects, consistency and dimensions before packing.
Cut-to-Size Packing
Tiles and cut pieces are boxed and crated to project specifications.
Export Packaging & Shipment
Slabs are secured for sea freight, with customs documentation prepared.
